Brentwood Textiles is a boutique design division of STI Fabrics, created for customers seeking a collaborative, design-forward approach to upholstery textiles. Supported by our own dedicated design team, we bring a distinct creative perspective while working within the same mill, materials, and manufacturing processes as STI.

Custom Projects
We focus on custom development and special projects, partnering closely with hospitality and contract customers through a thoughtful, consultative B2B process. This approach allows us to shape pattern, color, and texture around the unique needs of each project—balancing creative expression with consistency, efficiency, and performance.
how it's made
Performance Fabrics
All of our fabrics are woven in Kings Mountain, North Carolina, using Revolution Performance yarns to deliver trusted durability, easy care, and long-lasting performance. Rather than relying on topical finishes, performance is built directly into the yarn—resulting in fabrics that are stain resistant, bleach cleanable, and designed to stand up to everyday use.
